FAQs

How does Pressy work?

Pressy nails are made with pre-cured salon-quality gel and feature a built-in adhesive. Simply size your nails, peel off the adhesive backing and press onto your natural nail. No glue. No UV lamp. No drying time. Two minutes on. Done. Pressy works best when all tutorial instructions are followed. Please watch our tutorial video before applying.

How long do Pressy nails last?

With proper application, Pressy nails can last up to 14 days. Please note: wear time differs from person to person due to nail quality, unique PH levels and natural oil levels on the nails and cuticles. For best wear: Start with clean, oil-free nails. Wait an hour after application before filing the nails. Avoid applying hand cream or oils for an hour after application. Please look at our Tutorials page for more info.

Why does Pressy last longer on some people than others?

Everyone’s natural nails are different, which means wear time can vary from person to person. Some nails naturally hold adhesive more easily, while others may be oilier, smoother, more ridged or more exposed to creams and oils during the day.

For some customers, this means Pressy may lift sooner. For others, the bond may be stronger, which can make removal feel a little more stubborn.

The best way to get the most consistent results is to follow the prep, application and removal steps carefully. Clean, dry nails are key before application and gentle removal is important. Never force or pull the nails off.

Can I apply Pressy to weak, damaged or brittle nails?

No, the Pressy adhesive will not adhere to weak, split, brittle or damaged nails. Your natural nails must be in a healthy condition before applying Pressy.

How do I choose the right size?

If you are between sizes, choose the slightly smaller nail for a more natural fit. Each pack includes multiple sizes to ensure a tailored look.

Can I file or reshape them?
